This is why we spend so much time and energy finding and partnering with local farmers. It is by investing in these relationships that we can offer you the best tasting pizza and barbecue we are capable of.
Handmade in the Green Mountains of Vermont, our fresh mozzarella cheese is made with nothing but TLC.
Naturally-raised chickens are happy chickens. Our local farmers let their chickens roam in an un-crowded environment, affording them the natural, stress-free life and healthy diet that nature intended.
Our pork is pastured on portions of the farmβs hay fields. They are fed a diet of non-medicated Poulin grain (made in Vermont), surplus milk from a local dairy operation, and extra vegetables from the garden, plus whatever grass, insects and grubs they find along the way.
There is nothing better than fresh veggies from your farmer friends. Which is why we partner with local farmers for as much fresh, local produce as possible.
